Generate logs and stone via the farm/extractor, use the crafter to turn those items into better ones. how many ResearchPack1s can you make?????

controls

alt - detailed view mode
r - rotate
e - open menu
q - close menu/deselect
esc - also close menu
t - enables throw mode: drag between the start and end to establish a throw connection

c/q - copy recipe
v - paste recipe

Throwing is the only way to input/output from buildings.
